How to use a shoe cream:
- Choose your leather footwear which you wish to renovate, and pick the closest color match from color chart.
- Remove dust and dirt from the surface of the shoes.
- Apply a small amount of cream with a cloth or brush, spreading it evenly.
- Let dry for one minute so the wax can penetrate to the leather.
- If necessary, reapply another layer until your full satisfaction with the coverage.
- After it has dried, buff with a polishing cloth to a high, optimum shoe shine!

As a shoemaker / shoe repair person told me, many different brands of polish will polish and be shiny, but this one has more of what a leather shoe needs to remain supple, not dry out, last longer, etc. This polishes well and helps to nourish the leather well. I use it on shoes, my son on military black boots. Great stuff.
